The length of coverage depends on the package you purchase:

• Mirrorless & DSLR cameras, lenses & flash: up to 7 years
• Video & compact cameras, drones & gimbals: up to 4 years
• Secondhand cameras & lenses: 2 years

6. What does a Total Care Package cover?

Our Total Care Packages cover:

• Repair or replacement of defective units or components
• Priority repair service
• A complimentary loan camera while your unit is being repaired (security deposit required)
• A complimentary annual camera checkup

No. Our Total Care Packages provide 2, 4, or 7 years of protection for a single one-off cost - no instalments, no ongoing fees.

9. When can I buy a Total Care Package?
