Hasselblad 86mm CPL Filter

The Hasselblad 86mm CPL Filter is an indispensable optical accessory for landscape and urban photographers who demand the highest standard of image quality from their medium format system. Engineered to meet Hasselblad's stringent optical standards, it is a perfect match for Hasselblad lenses and elevates any creative toolkit.

Crafted from SCHOTT B 270® glass with high-quality polarising film and ultra-low light reflectance, the filter achieves over 99.9% polarisation efficiency — eliminating almost all reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass, and foliage. Seamless adhesive processing ensures the optical elements are precisely bonded for a sharp, clear view through the lens at all times.

Anti-reflection (AR) coating maximises light transmission by introducing more light with less reflection, while a premium nanocoating makes the filter water and oil-resistant, anti-scratch, and anti-static. This combination significantly prolongs the filter's service life and allows it to perform reliably in harsh outdoor environments.

With moderate colour temperature and low colour deviation, the filter eliminates unwanted UV light while retaining rich, true-to-life colour and fine detail — exactly what landscape and architectural photographers need to capture the world as it truly appears.
