The Samyang 85mm F1.8 ED UMC CS is a manual focus prime lens designed for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras. This compact and lightweight telephoto offers a 9-element, 7-group optical design featuring one extra-low dispersion (ED) element and one high-refractive index element, combined with Samyang's Ultra Multi-Coating (UMC) to minimize chromatic aberrations, flare, and ghosting. With its bright f/1.8 maximum aperture, 62mm filter diameter, and a minimum focus distance of 0.65m, this lens delivers exceptional image quality and beautiful bokeh control for portrait, still life, and general photography. On MFT format, the 85mm focal length provides a 170mm equivalent field of view.
