Sony RX100 Mark VII Advanced Compact

The New Sony RX100 Mark 7 is a compact digital camera that achieves results that you would usually expect from bigger, interchangeable lens offerings. The RX100 Mark 7 in fact borrows some features from Sony's high-end Mirrorless Alpha 9, including the BIONZ Image processor and front-end LSI. These loans result in a compact camera that is faster to focus and with better burst performance than other competitors in its field. Also helping the RX100 Mark 7 reach such loft heights, are the 1-inch 20.1MP Exmor RS CMOS sensor and versatile 8x optical zoom lens. This Zeiss branded lens provides an equivalent range of 24-200mm, making it suitable for all of your daily shooting.

Following in the popular footsteps of previous RX100 models from Sony, the Mark 7 is sleek and stylish, with a portable build that could never be considered too cumbersome. Usability has not been sacrificed, with a pop-up EVF available for eye-level viewing and a tilting and touch-sensitive LCD screen at the camera's rear, great for composing images from a tricky angle, as well as navigating the menus system.

The image quality of the Sony RX100 Mark 7 is good in any situation, with a high sensitivity of ISO 12800 making the camera a match for low-light shooting. Not just capable for stills, UHD 4K video recording is available in the Mark 7, while a 3.5mm microphone input is available for improving audio quality - this is a great match for vlogging. With a manual control ring around the lens and various custom and programmable buttons, this camera is as simple or as involved as you want it to be. It is a compact digital camera that can reach excellent standards whether in the hands of a beginner or a pro.
